A TPO ROOF IS ONLY AS GOOD AS ITS SEAMS AND DETAILS.
TPO is the most common single-ply membrane on commercial flat roofs, and for good reason: it is a reflective, heat-weldable sheet that performs well in Arizona sun when it is installed correctly.
KGBUILD installs TPO as a complete system. We look at the deck, choose the insulation and attachment method for the building, plan drainage, and then weld the field and every detail so the roof works as one continuous membrane.

GOOD TO KNOW
Is TPO a good choice for Arizona?
Yes. TPO is widely used on flat roofs in Arizona. Its light-colored surface reflects sunlight, and its welded seams handle heat and monsoon rain well when the roof is installed and detailed correctly.
Can TPO go over an existing roof?
Sometimes. If the existing assembly is dry and sound, a recover may be an option. We assess the roof first and tell you plainly whether a recover or a full replacement makes sense.
Do you work on homes as well as commercial buildings?
Yes. We install TPO on flat-roof homes and residential additions as well as commercial and industrial buildings.
