About KGBUILD
A Phoenix roofing contractor focused on commercial and residential flat roofs.
The company
KGBUILD LLC is a licensed Arizona roofing contractor (Arizona ROC #354728) based in Phoenix. We specialize in flat roofing: TPO and PVC membrane systems, silicone and elastomeric coatings, and complete roof replacement for commercial and residential properties.
We work with property owners, property managers, developers, general contractors, and roofing companies that need a reliable crew. The standard is the same on every roof: plan the system, prepare the surface, and build each detail correctly.
Leadership
KGBUILD is led by Ilya Kavetskiy, who has more than 12 years of hands-on roofing experience. He is directly involved in estimating, planning, and field operations, so the person who scopes your roof understands how it will be built.
The people
The people who plan, build, and stand behind every KGBUILD roof.
Leadership
Owner
Ilya Kavetskiy is the owner of KGBUILD with more than 12 years of hands-on roofing experience. He founded the company in 2022, bringing a disciplined, detail-driven approach to every project. A former professional cross-country skier, Ilya carries the same endurance, focus, and high standards from sport into the field—from planning through final quality control.
Foreman
Ricardo Diaz is an experienced roofer and field leader who keeps crews organized, focused, and moving safely from start to finish. As a family man with a strong sense of responsibility, he brings consistency, accountability, and pride in the work to every KGBUILD project.
Foreman
Yevhen brings extensive roofing experience and a results-driven approach to every project. Highly demanding of quality and deeply responsible in the field, he focuses on doing the work right, meeting the standard, and delivering a finished system the team can stand behind.
Arizona focus
Arizona roofs face intense sun, high heat, and monsoon storms. We select and install roofing systems with those conditions in mind. KGBUILD is based in Phoenix and serves Arizona and nearby states.
Values
The right system, installed correctly, with attention to the details that decide how long a roof lasts.
Honest assessments, clear scopes, and straight answers — including when a repair makes more sense than a replacement.
Roofing is skilled work. We take pride in clean welds, sharp details, and a finished roof that looks as good as it performs.
