JOBSITE AWARENESS
We keep the site organized, stay aware of roof edges, openings, and equipment, and respect the people and operations in and around the building.

Safety and Quality
How we run a jobsite decides how the roof performs.
Our approach
A crew that plans its work, keeps an organized site, and pays attention produces a safer job and a better roof. We treat both as part of the same discipline.
On every job
We keep the site organized, stay aware of roof edges, openings, and equipment, and respect the people and operations in and around the building.
Our crews know the systems they install and the correct way to build each detail.
Our team completes OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety training to support safe, informed work practices on every jobsite.
Working at height is the defining risk of roofing. Fall protection is planned for the conditions of each roof before work starts.
Arizona heat is a real hazard. We plan work hours, water, shade, and rest around the conditions.
We check seams, flashings, and details as the work progresses instead of leaving quality to a final walk-through.
Materials, sequence, access, and weather are worked out ahead of time so the roof stays protected at every stage.
Owners, managers, and contractors know what is happening, what comes next, and who to call.
We show up prepared, do the work the way it was scoped, and leave the site clean.
