WHEN THE ROOF HAS DONE ITS TIME, WE REPLACE THE WHOLE SYSTEM.
A complete replacement means tear-off down to the deck, deck inspection and repairs, new insulation, dry-in, and a new TPO or PVC membrane. It is the right answer when a roof has wet insulation, repeated leaks, or a membrane at the end of its life.
Commercial reroofing is planned around the property. Work is sequenced so the building stays protected at the end of every day and operations inside can continue.

How do you keep the building dry during a tear-off?
Only the area that can be dried in the same day is opened. The roof is watertight at the end of every shift.
Can the building stay open during the work?
In most cases, yes. We plan access, staging, and noisy work around the building's operations.
