THE PROJECT
Instead of a full tear-off, this roof was rebuilt over the existing assembly. KGBUILD installed fanfold ISO as a separation layer and a mechanically fastened TPO membrane on top.
The work went beyond the membrane: new curbs and skylights were installed, the front wall received wood siding, and the edges were finished with drip edge and cover tape.
